What We Do

Established in 1977, CIBTAC was created from an identified need to provide relevant, high-quality training within the beauty, complementary & spa industry. We were founded, and continue to be run, by passionate industry professionals.

We are zealous advocators for issues affecting those working within the industry. We challenge poor practice, endeavour to educate the public on the importance of choosing a highly qualified therapist, and aim to inspire new generations to enter this rapidly growing international industry.

CIBTAC Head Office

We are a not-for-profit organisation registered in the UK, continually reinvesting our income for the benefit of our accredited CIBTAC Centres and their learners.
Our head office is in Gloucester, south west England, where our staff work alongside our sister organisation, the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC). As not-for-profit organisations, both CIBTAC and BABTAC are managed by a Council of duly elected members who delegate the day-to-day management of both companies to a team of highly skilled staff based at our head office.
