Replacement Diploma/Badge
CIBTAC only keep details of previous candidates for 10 years, therefore we may not be able to provide replacement diplomas to candidates who achieved their diplomas more than 10 years ago.
When applying for a replacement diploma or badge there is a £25.00 charge per diploma and £12.00 charge per badge issued. We need the following information:
