Introducing the CIBTAC Team.....


Nicola Hume, Finance Manager

Nicola joined the company in 2016 and is a finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of business sectors.

Nicolas priorities are to ensure the financial health of the company.


Lindsey Hunt, Trainee Finance Assistant

Lindsey joined CIBTAC as a apprentice and has since enjoyed taking on everything admin related. She helps Examination Co-ordinators with administrive tasks regarding exams. Lindsey has also started to help get new potential centres accredited.

She is a 11 handicap golfer and her favourite artist is Taylor Swift.

Mandy Wells, Head of Education

Mandy is an experienced teacher and lecturer, most recently at the London School of Beauty and Make up teaching the CIBTAC / CIDESCO programme.  She has recently become more involved in maintaining quality and standards in the FE sector and is completing a Diploma in Leadership and Management.  She is familiar with educational frameworks and Holistic Therapies. 


Examination Co-Ordinators


Natalie Stone, Accounts Executive

Natalie joined the company at the latter end of 2015 to cover Hayley's maternity leave. She embraces everything creative and has previously worked in fashion retail and cosmetics. She enjoys speaking with people so you are guaranteed to see her at one of the trade shows we attend. 


Kim Curtis, Account Executive

Kim has also recently joined the company after working for over 8 years in the FE sector. She will also be looking after our UK and Mainland Europe based centres. She enjoys the variety of the position, much like Hayley, and likes that no 2 days are the same. 


Becca Clark, Account executive

After returning from maternity leave, Becca now works part-time for us looking after the international centres.


Daniella Barclay,  Account executive

Daniella is the newest member of the team, she takes care of our centres in Ireland.

Daniella comes with a wealth of experience in scheduling and resourcing as well as relationship management.



Marketing Department 

Andrea Schubach, Head of Marketing. 

Having moved from South Africa two years ago, Andrea is coming back into the workplace and brings with her immense experience of marketing of membership associations. Her last role was as Marketing Director of an Association of Residential Communities which she joined when it was a start-up and which now has 75% market share of the high end residential estate industry in the country.   

Andrea is very excited about this new challenge.


Kate Pullin, Digital Media and Marketing Executive

Kate has been with the team for 18 months and has recently been promoted to her current role. She brings with her a wealth of experience  in graphic design and web development and has already proved to be a great asset in the marketing department.
