Takara International Esthetic College
Takara International Esthetic College was established in 1987 as a British style college in Japan. Teachers brought over techniques and curriculum from the UK.
The courses are now mainly taught in Japanese, however advanced subjects are still taught by Pamela Adkins (with an interpreter for Japanese speakers). Pamela has been teaching at the college for 25 years.
Our college is owned by Takara Belmont, a manufacturer of hair and beauty equipment, therefore, we have plentiful equipment available for each student to use. We pride ourselves on having a small class system with highly experienced teachers able to care individually for students. Graduates can look forward to working in 5 star hotels spas, cruise ships or regular salons. We provide both full time and part time courses. We have schools in Tokyo and Osaka.
