The International College of Beauty Experts was established in 2002 by Dr. Zeng Yu, who has been engaged in beauty for more than 30 years. It is an excellent professional beauty education and training institution. Our mission is to provide school leavers and adult students with a way of professional development, to help them develop a correct outlook on life, and master the knowledge and skills of cosmetology, so as to improve their competitiveness in employment.
