We’ve all done it at some time in our life – misplaced or lost something important. If you need a replacement badge or certificate we can help. To request your replacement certificate or badge please complete the form below.

£64 transcript

CIBTAC keep details of previous graduates for 10 years, therefore we may not be able to provide you with replacement certificates. If you qualified with CIBTAC over 10 years ago and require a replacement, you may need to provide documentation.

We aim to provide replacement documents and badges within two weeks of the original request, providing all information has been provided.
